History of Riyadh Golf Club
Riyadh Golf Club took over the Saudi International in 2024. The event had been played at Royal Greens from 2019 to 2023, and Riyadh has hosted it since. The LIV Golf League plays its season opener on the course under the floodlights, and Smylie won the 2026 edition in his tour debut.
Signature holes at Riyadh Golf Club
Waterways, manicured greens and rolling terrain carry the round here rather than any single hole.
When to play Riyadh Golf Club
The LIV Golf season opener fell in February 2026. Riyadh summers are very hot, so the cooler months from November to March suit golf best.
