About Infinitum Golf
Infinitum Golf is a 45-hole resort in Vila-seca, on Spain's Costa Dorada in the province of Tarragona. The Hills course is a par 72 designed by Alfonso Vidaor. It rolls across parkland and through pine woodland, with elevated tees and views toward the Mediterranean, and water and bunkers guard several of the greens. Two other layouts share the property: Greg Norman's Lakes course and a nine-hole course called the Ruins.
- Greg Norman's Lakes course is routed around the protected Sèquia Major wetlands, and water comes into play on most holes.
- Larrazábal won the 2022 ISPS Handa Championship on the Lakes course, closing with a 62 for a one-shot victory.
- The nine-hole Ruins course weaves through Roman archaeological remains, giving short-game players a different test from the two 18-hole layouts.
- The resort has hosted the Final Stage of the European Tour Qualifying School's annual qualifying tournament.
History of Infinitum Golf
The resort opened in 2008 as Lumine, with the Hills and the Greg Norman-designed Lakes courses arriving together. It has since been renamed Infinitum, and the name now covers all three courses.
Signature holes at Infinitum Golf
The 13th, 17th and 18th holes of the Hills course are built into natural quarries, and three greens in all sit on old quarry floors.
