About Colorado Golf Club

Colorado Golf Club is a private 18-hole, par 72 course in Parker, southeast of Denver, designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw and built in the mid-2000s. The routing moves through changes in elevation, so the ground rises and falls from hole to hole rather than running flat across the property. Conditions are kept firm and fast, which rewards golfers who can run the ball into the green rather than fly it there.

  • The 2010 Senior PGA Championship was played here, the first of the club's major events.
  • The 2013 Solheim Cup brought the United States and Europe women's teams to the club.
  • The 2023 U.S. Amateur was co-hosted with Cherry Hills Country Club.
  • Coore and Crenshaw's design is regarded as one of the most challenging they have built.

History of Colorado Golf Club

Coore and Crenshaw built the course as a championship test.

Signature holes at Colorado Golf Club

The terrain is the best guide to the course, so hole-by-hole detail matters less than reading the slope of the ground.

When to play Colorado Golf Club

Colorado Golf Club is private, so the best time to play is whenever a member invites you. Colorado's golf season runs from spring through early autumn, with warm days in summer and cold winters, so plan a visit between May and October.
