Golf & Country Club Zürich is an 18-hole, par 72 parkland course at Zumikon, above Zurich, at about 685 meters of elevation. It plays 6,564 meters from the back tees. The club was founded in the 1920s in the British tradition, and the course has gone through three major eras of design, with the latest layout the work of Thomas Himmel. Elevated tees, bunkers and water defend the greens, and there are views of the Alps. The ground has plenty of change in elevation.
