About Black Stork Golf Resort
Black Stork Golf Resort is a 27-hole golf complex at Veľká Lomnica, on the south side of the High Tatras in Slovakia. It is built as three nine-hole loops named Taylor, Braid and Vardon, which combine into three 18-hole routings. The Taylor and Braid nines make up the main par 72 course. The resort covers 120 hectares in the protected zone of Tatra National Park, with mountain views behind the holes.

History of Black Stork Golf Resort
The resort grew in stages from a single nine-hole course. Further nines were added in 2005 and 2006, completing the three loops that can be combined into 18-hole routings. In 2011 it earned the A PGA Golf Course quality mark and remains the only Slovak course to hold it. The resort has Hotel International, a four-star property by the first tee, and a wellness center.
When to play Black Stork Golf Resort
Black Stork sits at the foot of the High Tatras, where snow can linger into spring and return early in autumn. Summer gives the longest days. The indoor range is useful on wet days, and the resort stages tournaments through the year.

Tee times can be booked online or through the golf reception, and stay-and-play packages are offered with Hotel International. Clubs can be rented, and there is a golf school. The resort's Pyrus restaurant is on site.
