Best Golf Courses in Turkey
5 ranked courses in Turkey
Turkey has five courses in this guide, and all five are resorts in Belek, in the Mediterranean region. Four are parkland and one is heathland. The Montgomerie Maxx Royal, opened in 2008 and designed by Colin Montgomerie with European Golf Design, is a par 72 of 6,522 meters through pine forest and sandy ridges. Carya Golf Club, by Thomson Perrett & Lobb and also from 2008, is the heathland: sand hills and pine forest, as part of the Regnum Carya resort. Antalya Golf Club has 36 holes, the PGA Sultan and the Pasha, both by European Golf Design with David Jones. Cornelia Golf Club has 27 holes by Nick Faldo in three nines that combine into the King, Queen and Prince courses, all par 72. National Golf Club, David Feherty's 1994 design, has 27 holes in the Irmak, Tuna and Ada nines, running through pine and eucalyptus. Visitor terms are open at four of the five, and none are recorded for Carya.
